Registration

Register online or complete and mail the vendor registration form. Exhibitor registrations received on or after June 1, 2012 are subject to a $30.00 late registration fee. Canceling your vendor registration or reducing booth size for the Fleetwood RV National Rally prior to June 1, 2012 will result in a $35.00 administration fee. Vendor cancellations or reductions postmarked on or after June 8, 2012 are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing. Exhibit Space Assignment

Space assignment will be selected by each exhibitor. Exhibitor space selection priority is based upon the date the exhibitor's registration (with FULL payment) is received. Exhibitors may select their top three choice sites for the booths. Booth location will be determined on a first come-paid in full basis. Please submit your booth preferences with your registration form. Exhibitors who register on or after June 1, 2012 are not eligible to choose their own booth placement. Corner booths are available on a first-come first-serve basis, so register early to ensure your booth assignment request can be accommodated!

Liability Insurance

Exhibitor's shall obtain public liability insurance insuring Fleetwood RV, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents in the minimum amounts of $500,000 per person, $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $500,00 property damage, against claims arising out of or in connection with the 4th Annual Fleetwood RV National Rally at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds in Goshen, IN. Each exhibitor shall supply its public liability insurance policy in a form of a Certificate of Insurance or other form satisfactory to Fleetwood RV. In addition, Exhibitor shall have worker's compensation insurance in the amount required by law, if applicable.

Restrictions and Rules

Fleetwood RV reserves the right to restrict exhibits which may become objectionable based on their content, activity, or any other reason. Fleetwood RV also reserves right to prohibit or evict any exhibit that may detract from the general character of the show, or any exhibitor who fails to comply with stated restrictions and/or rules. In the event of such restriction or eviction, Fleetwood RV shall not be liable for refunds of any kind. No exhibit booth shall be used solely for storage purposes or be rented, sub-leased or assigned to another exhibitor.

Nothing shall be attached to any indoor or outdoor pillar, wall, door, floor, or fixture except by permission of Fleetwood RV show management. If the premises are defaced or damaged by any exhibitor, its agents, employees or guests, the exhibitor will be liable for damages deemed necessary for restoration to previous condition. Special arrangements for exhibitor signage on the rally grounds can be setup by contacting Suzy at Suzy.Fletcher@FleetwoodRV.com.

All necessary electrical and other utility services required by the exhibitor shall be installed only by personnel hired or approved by the venue's physical properties manager. Any service not included in the exhibitor booth registration fee will be at the exhibitor's expense. Exhibitors are not authorized to alter or change the utility services provided to them in any way.

Any exhibit space not occupied by the start of the show will be considered cancelled and forfeited by the exhibitor. Use of space as storage does not constitute occupation. Late move-in of exhibits is at the discretion of the show management with no guarantee that late set-up can be accommodated. No set-up or tear-down may occur during show hours; please be respectful to your fellow exhibitors and rally attendees.
